Need to report an issue?
If you received a damaged package, please reach out to us with your order number and photos within 48 hours.
Email SupportAt KAMPAM FOODS LLP, we pride ourselves on delivering 100% pure, farm-fresh ingredients. Because our products are food items and consumable goods, strict hygiene and safety protocols apply to all returns and refunds.
1. Returns & Replacements
Due to the consumable nature of our products (spices, tea, dry fruits), we generally do not accept returns once a package has been opened or the safety seal is broken. However, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: The product packaging is torn, broken, or severely damaged upon delivery.
- Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Quality Issues: The product is expired upon delivery or has a visible quality defect.
How to Request a Replacement
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send an email to support@kampamfoods.com including:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer shipping box.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you immediately.
2. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure freshness. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet left our facility, you can cancel it for a full 100% refund.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refund Process
If your refund is approved (due to cancellation or a severe product issue where replacement is not desired), the following timeline applies:
- The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or with special promotional discounts.
- Products returned without their original packaging and labels.
